Werner comes from the writing, touring and recording "with the band" side of the music business. He plays with a deep understanding and respect for old blues with an overlay of "Sex Pistols" punk.

Werner began his career at the tail-end of the dreaded corporate rock era, playing for Lou Gramm of "Foreigner", Hall and Oates and Robert Gordon. Thereafter, he dove headlong into new music with the likes of: Pierce Turner & Paul Westerberg of the "Replacements", Debbie Harry, Joey Ramone, and the truly tantalizing - Ms. Courtney Love.

Werner then formed his present day band "Vaporhead", a perpetual post-punk alternative band - playing colleges, clubs and doing opening slots for rich & famous bands like "Bogmen" & "Green Day".

The first "Vaporhead" album has recently been released and has met with a strong reception. Spot credits include Hanes, Burger King Kids Club, Cascade, Holiday Inn, Ocean Spray and Colgate.
